We are accepting  new patients.

Our practice is currently accepting new patients – specifically those who are looking to improve their quality of life with an emphasis on increasing mobility, addressing pain, and getting patients back to leading a healthy, active lifestyle.

Our team will work to create a comprehensive treatment plan for anyone seeking to combat the body’s natural aging process, as well as those suffering from injuries both new and old – our goal is to get you moving again.

Please note that beginning September 2022, we will no longer be accepting commercial insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Humana or United Healthcare. This decision was a difficult. but necessary one to make, as it allows us to provide the level of care we believe our patients deserve.

Read our Open Letter to Our Patients and learn more about our decision here.

What to expect on your first appointment

One aspect of our practice that we believe sets us apart from most others, is the time we take getting to know, understand and diagnose our patients. Your first appointment will take approximately 1 hour, though we ask that you come 15 minutes early to allow for the check-in process. We recommend that you bring a comfortable pair of shorts and a tank top with you – this will make it easier for our medical team to assess your body in motion during the exam. Especially if you are experiencing issues related to mobility or pain during exercise, we ask that you bring your running shoes with you – many times they can be a contributing factor to the issues you are experiencing.

A seamless experience.

During your first visit you will be required to complete an in-depth medical intake form regarding your medical history. Please come prepared with a list of medications you may be taking, to include dosages and information regarding any surgeries you may have undergone.

We will message you in advance with a link to this form – you can either fill it out in advance, or complete it when you arrive at your appointment.

Transparency is key.

Beginning September 2022, Kynetic Health will no longer accept commercial insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, United Healthcare or Aetna. We will continue to accept Tricare.

This transition allows us to continue to offer our patients the care they deserve, without having to compromise at the behest of a third-party insurance company. We can be transparent about what the cost of medicine is, before treatment begins, not months later.
