We are accepting new patients.
Our practice is currently accepting new patients – specifically those who are looking to improve their quality of life with an emphasis on increasing mobility, addressing pain, and getting patients back to leading a healthy, active lifestyle.
Our team will work to create a comprehensive treatment plan for anyone seeking to combat the body’s natural aging process, as well as those suffering from injuries both new and old – our goal is to get you moving again.
Please note that we offer specialized care – some insurance companies will allow you to book an appointment with the office directly, others may require a referral from your primary care physician. Please contact your insurance company directly if you have any questions.
Schedule Your Appointment
Please give us a call at 520-685-3336 and speak with a member of our team to book your first appointment. We will need to collect some general information from you during that initial phone call, but we will also invite you to join out online Patient Portal where you will be able to fill out your New Patient Registration, view your medical records and schedule future appointments. Alternatively, you can download the New Patient form below, fill it out, and bring it with you to your first appointment.
What to expect on your first appointment
One aspect of our practice that we believe sets us apart from most others, is the time we take getting to know, understand and diagnose our patients. Your first appointment will take approximately 1 hour, though we ask that you come 15 minutes early to allow for the check-in process. We recommend that you bring a comfortable pair of shorts and a tank top with you – this will make it easier for our medical team to assess your body in motion during the exam. Especially if you are experiencing issues related to mobility or pain during exercise, we ask that you bring your running shoes with you – many times they can be a contributing factor to the issues you are experiencing.
After you have been checked-in, you will meet with our medical assistant who will begin asking you a number of questions, all aimed at helping us better understand you and your body. After that, you will meet with Doctor Lebeck who will begin a thorough physical exam that can sometimes feel like a bit of a work out. At Kynetic Health, we do not simply look at one area of the body when diagnosing or treating our patients – we look at the body as a complicated system and we treat it accordingly.
Once the exam is complete, Doctor Lebeck will listen to your concerns, explain her findings, and work with you to create the best possible treatment plan moving forward.
